i was wondering cause i just won a item for a VERY low price. does the seller have to sell me the item or can he just decline the sale?

What these other answers are missing is that yes a seller can refuse to sell you the item, BUT…. you then have the right to leave them negative feedback and report them to ebay. Negative feedback is very touchy, ebay is very very strict now with sellers and just a few of these will suspend or close their account, so no seller wants negative feedback. So this is very unlikely to happen. Always make sure you read the entire auction and make sure the shipping price isn’t ridiculously high to compensate for the low price on the item.

well the seller had the option to sell the product ONLY at a specifc price, that means when anytine would bid it would say "not enough for seller’s price"

But I don’t think you have to sell to anyone AS LONG as you didn’t take the money, or talk to ebay about returning the money because you found a defect in the product or something
