free business plans for a dating site- where can i get one?

February 19th, 2013 1 comment

Hi Crystal,

If you are going to be successful will have to do your own unique BP. Say that you were to acquire a copy of the match.com BP and decided to cut and paste to fit your idea. Even with all the cutting and pasting you would end up with a tiny match.com and that is NOT what you want. You want what you are offering to be unique in a positive way like address a demographic that no one has thought of. For instance a service for 18-wheelers. Unfortunately, this would appear to be a scam for an "escort service".

The popularity of on-line dating is DECLINING BIG TIME because of all the abuses. I actually had an on-line date with a woman that posted a picture of her younger sister and you have heard the horror stories about the "perves",

So unless your really have a unique idea I think that you are wasting your time no matter how you "spin" it with a BP.

Unless you have a couple million for search placement and advertising no one will be able to find you and that is a BIG thing think for potential investors.

Here is a little true experience for you to consider.

I put up an on-line catalog in the BEGINNING when amazon and ebay were just starting. I had also written many new product proposals and a few BPs.

I had several interested investors but they wanted so sell at a loss to generate hits and volume and sell advertising etc.

My plan was to sell at a PROFIT with none of the other foolishness that buried buy.com and the rest of them that tanked. I also refused to sell my soul to the IB sharks.

The business worked for two years with a few people working until 3-4AM because we all had a regular job during the day.

If you want to get a taste of an internet business for a little money, try selling selling some stuff on Ebay.

The BLUNT truth is that NOBODY is going to give you a few million for on-line dating no matter how you spin the BP.

I also have no idea what level of experience you have with OLDing, but if you do not have an EXCELLENT Executive team with a TON of experience with OLDing it just is NOT going to happen.

If this is a school assignment you will learn NOTHING in the process and defeat the purpose of the class.

Just as a side note, I did sales and marketing consulting, got $200 and hour and called my own hours.

Good Luck,
Jacques

Cnc Machine Auction

Are you looking to save money on your CNC purchase? One of the best places to look is a CNC machine auction. Before wasting your time, do some research on the exact type of machine you need. Then, if possible attend the previewing of the auction items. This way you can look over the items before bidding on anything.

There could be a variety of different CNC machines available at a CNC machine auction. Which type do you need? Is it a milling machine or a tube bending machine? These are important points to note before any bidding begins.

What type of auction should you attend? You have several otpions, one is an auction for a manufacturing facility that is going out of business and needs to liquidate it’s assets. Another, is an auction house that is auctioning off items for a specific client. There are websites that cater specifically to machines and CNC machine auctions.

Sometimes a CNC machine auction may allow you to inspect the merchandise prior to any bidding. In other cases, you are not allowed to carefully inspect the machines. As in the case with any type of auction, it is buyer beware. It is much better for you if you have some experience with these types of mashines. In addition, try to bid on a machine that appears to be rarely used.

Some people even have had some luck on ebay when searching for a good CNC machine auction. The reason why more people are turning to auctions for CNC machines is because of the popularity of these machines these days and the downturn in the economy. Companies are looking at cheaper ways to upgrade their current machinery and to reduce costs to compete in todays economic uncertainty.

A CNC machine auction is similar to any other auction in that you must know the item you are bidding on. Do your homework and there is a good chance that you will get yourself a bargain.

Selling Watches On Ebay

June 22nd, 2012 4 comments

Anybody has the ability to make money online with eBay. The great thing about eBay is that you can sell any item you wish (within reason) without having to spend much. You do not have to pay for your own website or hosting. The only expenses that you will incur are listing fees, as well as final selling fees. Even though these can be a bit pricey, they will not greatly affect your bottom line.

If you are interested in selling watches, eBay is a great place to start. Not only can you keep your expenses low, but you can also reach a large number of people without doing much work. But before you get too excited about the prospects of doing business on eBay¸ you will need to know how to be a success. After all, if it were easy to sell and make big profits everybody would be doing it.

The first thing to remember is that eBay can be a competitive market place. For this reason you will need to do whatever you can to set yourself apart from the rest of the listings. One of the best ways to do this is by lowering your prices a bit. You should still make a profit on each sale, but with a slightly lower price than the rest of the listings you will garner more business.

In addition to price, use pictures to show just how good your watches are. Instead of only showing one picture, why not list three or four? This will give the buyer more confidence, and in turn give you more sales. To take pictures for your eBay listings all you need is a digital camera. In a matter of minutes you can snap off the shots that you need, and have your item listed. It is that easy.

Finally, be sure to add a high quality description along with the pictures. Remember, this is what will tell people what they are getting, and what they should expect. Without a good description you will only be wasting your time. You may have trouble at first with the description portion of your listings. But over time you will get used to what works and what doesn’t.

Selling watches on eBay is a great way to make money. Just ask one of the hundreds of people that do it for a full-time living. But do not get caught thinking that this is a get rich quick scheme. If you are going to sell watches on eBay you need to be totally committed to what you are doing.

Over time you will become familiar with the system, and your profits will begin to grow. This is when the fun really starts.

What are some good ebay selling tips for electronics?

January 8th, 2012 1 comment

I recently opened an ebay company and am working on selling electronic equipment like printers, dvd players, vcrs, cd players, etc. I mostly buy things from thrift stores and sell them as used items. Is there another place I can shop at to sell higher than I bought to earn collateral on ebay? I tried Doba.com but it didn’t work. Thank you for your time.

You’re wasting your time. Unless you can buy electronics for $10 and sell them for $100, after all the effort you put in, ebay fees, paypal fees etc. you’ll be left with nothing.

If you’re gonna sell something on ebay it has to be something with a healthy profit margin.
