So, I’m with Lloyds TSB, have a bank card, use it all the time on online sites (amazon,ebay) and so on with no problems.
Today Helldone 2012 tickets went on sale and you had to buy them through a finnish site, but it had VISA available and you could order from the UK. It sold out very quickly but I managed to reserve some tickets and they have to be payed for by the 27th or they will go back for sale (can’t happen!) but when I fill in all my bank details correctly, it is declining them and I have no idea why. The information is correct and there is enough funds. I’ve tried countless times and now am unsure of what to do or why this is happening?

your Visa card has to be approved by your Bank for overseas transactions. They will limit it to the Country of origin to cut down on fraud, which is why you should always tell your Bank before going on holiday.
You may not have noticed, but is your card a visa electron?, because if it is then for a few Banks it isn’t valid for making overseas transactions unless you are there, in other words you can’t pay for purchases abroad when you are at home, you need a full Visa debit or credit card for that.

Okay, so I sold an item on ebay for £1,200….it was a legit sale. The item ended at 10pm at night.

2 hours after bidding ended (so midnight) my ebay and paypal account have been blocked….
I have tried countless times to get them to tell me what the problem is but they just wont help me at all.

So I want to make a new account.
I cant use ebay without a paypal account.

I have a new card….but its being declined…Would I need a new account?

if I had 2 accounts with the same bank…would that work?

It seems like what you are trying to do is commit fraud. I would be careful about proceeding in that way. It also seems like if you really didn’t know why your paypal and ebay account were suspended you would be able to find out what the error is, especially if you are anticipating receiving 1,200. You really need to clear it up with ebay and paypal.
