Get a good used bike off of Craig’s list, Ebay, classifieds , or garaga sales. Try rto saty with Trek, Specialized, Cannondale, or Giant…. BUT KNOW THE SIZE FRAME YOU NEED!
More importantly. to exercise with out the stress on knees and koints you need how to prosperly pedal. To do that you need to learn how to ‘spin’ the pedals. If you do not know use this forum to get the info. Do Not ‘mash’ the pedals, ie pedaling at too slow of a speed with too mush pressure. ‘Spinning’ is the proper way top ride a bike. Mashing will cause you almost as much stress and strain as running!
