I’ve had my number on my listings for years, I don’t get inundated with calls, but it is helpful for people ready to buy immediately and it also just builds confidence for buyers even if they don’t call, they see it and think, consciously or subconsciously that you are a responsible and acessable seller if there are ever any questions.
