What is a good straightener that will straighten AND curl hair?

December 21st, 2012 Leave a comment Go to comments

I want a straightener that will straighten and curl hair and i am not willing to spend more then $90. I also want want it to last and not just break down after a year.

Any high quality Chi or Torlen straightener is amazing quality, and will curl beautifully (clamp on hair, twist 90 degrees upward and pull through hair to give a soft, ringlet curl. Different techniques will give different types of curl).
You may be able to get either name brand on sale for $90 or so, or try Ebay for a good price.
Most drugstore brands are just not hot enough or high enough quality to give you the results you want.

I saw a commercial for something called the In Styler. Look for it at places like Walgreen’s and Wal Mart and other places that have as seen on TVsections.
