What are your thoughts on the stack and tilt?

Have you tried it and has it been good for you. Also does anyone know of FREE information or videos online about it

I like it due to the fact I have a bad hip and by using this method I can play a full eighteen. My instructor is the one who convinced me to switch. He learned the swing technique from the Orlando golf academy from Andy Plummer. I have less fatigue and better accuracy as there are less moving parts of my body to effect the swing. I saw a video for sale on ebay but other then that you could barrow one and copy it to dvd.

I didn’t like it. I was hitting my irons too low and had accuracy issues with my woods. I went back to that "turning in a barrel" thought I used to use, to better results.

As far as free info… You could also look up stuff from Sean Foley (Tiger’s new coach)- he basically teaches the S&T. There might be stuff on the Golf Channel’s website… he did an Academy show not too long ago. Golf.com used to have a section on the S&T. YouTube might be your other best bet.

I did find a few links. If you do a Y! search, there are quite a few to look at.
