Well, I want to purchase a bag online from bluefly but if a bag turns out to be fake or not good, How do you return it? How do you return it and how does the company refund the money back to your credit card? Do you just go to the postal office and return it/ pack it up and return it? Does the money return back to the credit card?

Sorry, I’m15 years old, I don’t know how these stuff work! I don’t think my parents know either.

The only way the seller will refund your money is if the item is not what they advertised or it’s damaged. You cannot return it just because you don’t like it. Alot of times on Ebay the seller will mention what their refund policy is, you have to see if they will accept the item back if you aren’t 100% satisified, most ebayers don’t do that.

If they will accept it back then you just pay to ship it back to the seller and when they receive it back and you paid thru PayPal they will process a refund thru paypal and the money will be credited back to your account. Always ask questions of the seller BEFORE bidding on an item to prevent this happening in the future. It’s a real hassle when a buyer does this, it costs a seller time and money to sell and when you back out of a sale we lose money.

Read the rules of Ebay I believe you have to be 18 in order to purchase on Ebay because by bidding you are entering into a legal contract with ebay to purchase any item you bid on and if you’re under 18 you’re not old enough to enter into a contact.

Usually you can’t return it. You must re-sell it yourself unless the seller establishes first that you can return it if you aren’t satisfied. Click on the "contact seller" and ask them about if the bag is real and if they have a return policy. They should provide you with the answer you are looking for. If not, then be suspicious.

Each individual eBay seller has it’s own return policy. If you find an item you like and this policy isn’t explicitly stated in the auction, just email them ("contact seller") and ask. One thing to note too, is that a seller is not permitted to list an item such as the one your looking for as being a "Bluefly" if it is a knock-off. Also, they need to disclose that the bag is used or damaged in any way in the auction. Good luck eBaying!

first go bck to the item page and see if it says no refunds………
if it is ok to return, notify seller(ask seller a question) and get the address you have to send it to………..sometimes they will give you a pick up by UPS slip……..

Please keep in mind, that Ebay and Paypal are no where near as helpful as the would have you believe, in resolving issue’s. Make sure you read all the small print, especially as it pertains to Paypal.

My advice is to steer clear, and go with a reputable retailer.
