Ebay Sales for the Week of August 7-13, 2011

My Ebay sales for the week of August 7-13, 2011. Another good week of steady sales, plus sales on Amazon have really picked up. So glad to be over the slow month of July!

My favorite sales were my old broken iPhone (the volume doesn’t work), which sold for $144.01 (this was the second time it was up at auction as the first winner didn’t pay); the vintage Polaroid Land Camera lot that I paid $5 for and that sold for $59; and the Pioneer Seed snapback hat that I paid $1.25 for and that sold for $28.01!

Thank you! I make these videos on my iPhone with the iMovie app, so it’s pretty limited in what I can do. I will look into it, though. 🙂

    Thanks Heather! I …
Thanks Heather! I have been changing my Fixed Price listings to require immediate payment as I was getting so many unpaid items, too. Doesn’t work on auctions, of course, but at least people can’t pluck items from my store and then disappear!

    Thanks, Wendy! Oh, …
Thanks, Wendy! Oh, cookbooks – they can be so frustrating! I have gotten many, many duds – fortunately, I at least made my money back on them as they were the first thing to sell at my garage sale this past Wednesday, lol! I have learned NOT to buy Bettter Homes & Gardens. I look now for Betty Crocker, celebrity chef/Food Network titles, and extremely old cookbooks. The Betty Crocker one in this video is the second one I’ve sold in 2 weeks! $40 profit on $1.50 investment! 🙂
