Ebay doesn’t require tracking on shipments, it is up to the seller to buy it and send it to the buyer so that the buyer knows the item is shipped.

Concerning your post regarding ebay advertising for movies.. My roommate/friend was just in his first big movie and ironically his ebay account was one of the 5 that was shut down.
Ebay must be stopped and I will be exercising every right as a seller/trader to make ebay pay for what they have done to me and my business and my friends and even my moms account.
Ebay shuts down my account and my moms but has the nerve to send me mothers day advertisements? If that does not burn you what does?

I have filed a case with the Better Business Bureau and ebay now has 30 days to respond to this complaint. This man is right people do not stand for ebay shutting down your account and ruining your business and lives! I cannot wait for a class action lawsuit and hopefully I can start one. If I can get $1000 per listing removed I have a minimum of $200,000 lawsuit and thats just for listings removed! The only thing I did was call in to report this member which is encouraged by ebay to help keep the ebay community a “safe” environment. They also shut down 4 other account associated to mine since they had same addresses ect.
So now 5 accounts total are shut down because ebay did not follow their own policies!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! All of these accounts had 100% positive feedback but were linked to mine so they are a risk to the community as well now according to ebay.

Of course just as I expected other buyers followed and left negatives and neutrals but ebay maintains there is no possible way these feedbacks were in result of account disruption.
Really ebay? Why did I not have a single negative or neutral my entire ebay career besides another account disruption? (yes this is the second account disruption)
So now think about it.. Ebay is actually telling me that I am a risk to their community when they did not follow their own policies?

This is right on the money. I had 100% positive feedback for over a year and then a single buyer disrupted my feedback. Ebay removed 2 feedbacks initially then a manager reinstated them that night. The buyer then left 6 more negatives on multiple items. A clear ebay policy violation since he bought 1 item 2 months previous and left a positive. 2 months later and 20 hours on the phone they removed all 8 negatives from the same member. Proof ebay is not even clear on their feedback policies
