    OK, I agree…the sound was less than spectacular. Still, the info was poignant and I’m better off for having listened to it and not letting myself get distracted by the sound quality. Plus, the info is FREE. Free is almost always better than not free. Thanks Google.

    The sound on this webinar is appalling. It was too quiet and almost undecipherable. What was she saying for goodness sake?
    Such a pity as is was probably worth listening to.
    I gave up on it. Not a good reflection on Google to put out a broadcast of such poor quality.
