How do i obtain funds from Paypal?

I paid a seller for a sofa using my Paypal account the amount was for a Hundred Euros, now, the seller has declined from the sale. The seller didn’t accept payment for the sofa so i now have to get it back from my Paypal Account. How do i complete this transaction. I have logged onto my paypal account and can see that the money hasn’t been claimed,,,but, how do i actually get my money to go back into my Bank Account??

Does the seller have to be involved?? as i don’t really want to contact him.

if the money is in your paypal account, log in to it, select withdraw, and withdraw it into your bank account. it will take a week to come back into your account. or if you are still going to buy a sofa from ebay for example, you could leave it in there and use it when you pay.

    Make an official claim through PayPal. They are very helpful and have helped me in the past.
