buying something on ebay?
i have been using ebay for awhile now but this sale is the biggest one yet. the thing i want comes to nd put $194 and i have $11 in my paypal account lol but i have a prepaid visa so i went and put $185 on it (now theres 187 on it) so i have enought. but then when i go to pay for it all comes up till i click confirm payment then something comes up saying card has been declined??? like wtf
ps im in canada and the thing i want is in the usa. (i order all my stuff from the usa) but is there like a fee im missing or something now? all together theres 199 in canadian funds. and the thing i want is 194 usd
There is a difference in US and Canadian dollars. That amount probably is not enough in US dollars. ( I had someone purchase from me some time ago in Canada and there was a large difference in the money values, they owed me 30 dollars). You have to find out what the exchange rate is. Once you do so, you may have to add funds to your visa to complete the sale. If you do this and the card is still denied, make sure your paypal account is verified. If it’s not, you won’t be able to complete the purchase anyway. You can call them at 1-888-221-1161 for assistance as well ( they may be able to tell you the exchange rate and how much you need for the purchase etc.).
