I am looking for a serious "auction house" in Quebec, Canada — the object is the sale of a heritage house in the Province of Quebec. Serious replies welcome.

eBay or eBay Canada

Seriously.

You don’t have to really "auction" your house off. You can just pay to list it on the eBay Real Estate section and let the millions of eBay users VIEW the house but not actually BID on it. It’s a great way to get TONS of people to see your house.

You would make more money and get more offers if you took an ad out in your local paper and then get a notary public or realtor to do the paper work. Look for auctions in the classified sections and submit there. I would also use the globe&mail also contact your local historic society you may be able to sell it to them. There are bylaws about historic sites so you had better look into this first. You could end up in trouble if you sell a historic site or home without permission.
