How long can you wait after winning an auction on eBay before paying?

I’m trying to buy an original Game Boy and there are a lot of auctions going on, none of which end soon. I need to use my mom’s credit card, but she leaves for work in and hour. Is there a way I can win the auction now and pay later?

It depends what their policies are. Some sellers require payment right away, while others allow you to pay within a week or more. Check their selling policy. I suggest contacting the seller and ask them if you can buy now and pay tomorrow.

Most people expect payment within the same day, but I think you might have up to 3 days. I would message the sellers and ask if it’s ok to pay later tonight or tomorrow.

You can wait for days , I would say after a full 24-36 hours or so if someone hadn’t payed they would be unlikely to (if I was selling something)

So don’t worry , you can leave it quite a while 🙂
