Dog Auctions

Go inside the legal, but inhumane world of dog auctions. Rare footage from multiple dog auctions shows how dogs are treated like livestock and are passed around from one kennel to another, with no regard for their health or well-being, and certainly no regard for the emotional trauma they endure.

    On regulations.gov …
    On regulations.gov under document ID APHIS-2011-0003-0001.
    “…the proposed rule would increase from three to four the
    number of breeding female dogs, cats, and/or small exotic or wild
    mammals that a person may maintain on his or her premises and be exempt
    from licensing and inspection if he or she sells only the offspring of
    those animals born and raised on his or her premises for use as pets or
    exhibition, regardless of whether those animals are sold at retail or
    wholesale.”

    those of us who are genuine animal lovers and want to see the betterment of breeds by simply keeping the breed from going extinct instead of vegans wearing hemp shoes are about to kick the hippies back to focusing on legalizing weed instead of stalking our houses and trespassing on our property to make illegal videos to post on youtube

    Current AWA …
    Current AWA regulations do not require licensing of “retail pet stores”. The newly proposed rule will significantly narrow the definition of retail pet stores so that: “Retail pet store means any outlet a place of business or residence that each buyer physically enters in order to personally observe the animals available for sale prior to purchase and/or to take custody of the animals after purchase …” .

    @iwillbiteyougrrr
    I …

    @iwillbiteyougrrr
    I take it you have some kind of investment in the dog breeding industry, so in that regard I would think you should be familiar with APHIS and its minimal regulation requirements to enforce the AWA. Prop b was a proposed initiative here in Missouri to require a cap of 50 female breeding dogs–hardly the 3 to 4 you stated. What attempted legislations are you referring to? Also, what’s your logic behind why I may have to take my dog to “kennel buildings?”

    because of attempted legislation forcing people to with only three to four dogs to become usda certified due to obnoxious people stalking us and complaining dog owners may have to take their dogs out of their comfortable dog beds in their families kitchen and into kennel buildings

    This is a horrible sin against one of nature’s most forgiving creatures. These people need to be stopped, shut down and charged with animal cruelty felonies. And then prevented from ever owning another animal.
